Jammu & Kashmir Travel
No permits needed for Indian citizens to travel within J&K (Jammu, Srinagar, Sonmarg,
Kargil). Just carry standard ID proof (Aadhar). Vehicle RC and insurance at checkposts.

Not mandatory but strongly recommended for high-altitude mountain travel. Cover all 4
